OC World Collaboration Little Saigon and Holiday Greeting

In this first-of-its-kind collaboration with Little Saigon TV, OC World has produced a public affairs program for KLCS-PBS about Ted Nguyen and his family, and their journey from Saigon to Orange County – thanks, in large part, to the efforts of their “sponsor” family of Lt. Col. James E. Behnke.

A six-minute compilation video of unrehearsed discussions from some of Orange County’s brightest minds on the changing media landscape. Featured: Richard Reisman, Publisher, Orange County Business Journal; Steve Churm, media entrepreneur and former Publisher OC Metro Magazine; Gustavo Arellano, columnist / reporter Los Angeles Times; and Theresa Mai, co-founder / CFO Little Saigon TV.

As 2024 comes to a close, we proudly reflect on our diverse and impactful OC World programming. We featured public affairs programs that covered everything from the indigenous communities of San Juan Capistrano to OC’s brightest minds on the changing media landscape; from interviews with OC Sheriff Don Barnes and OCTA CEO Darrell Johnson to field reports and documentary shorts on the natural cycles and devastations of Southern California wildfires, and the power and awe of music.

Additionally, we co-produced programs with other media properties such as Little Saigon TV, OC Forum, and Culture OC. Lastly, we proudly launched OC World Media Club to provide a platform for media professionals and college students to connect and cultivate meaningful relationships within the industry.
